This analysis assumes that the funding from the Meadows Foundation would be available each fiscal year of 2012 through 2016. Each year, the 1 FTE would cost $50,000 for salaries and wages with associated benefit costs of $14,483, travel costs of $35,379, other personnel costs and professional services of $2,904, utilities cost of $2,800, and telephone, consumables, rent, and other operating expenses of $7,686.
