Dutton Jr., Chair, House Committee on Urban Affairs      FROM: John S O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:SB992 by Lucio (Relating to the allocation of loans made under the owner-builder loan program.), As Engrossed    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Government Code relating to the allocation of loans made under the owner-builder loan program.This analysis assumes that the duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources within the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
