The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code to allow the holders of distiller and rectifier's permits to sell souvenir bottles of distilled spirits. The Texas Alcoholic and Beverage Commission indicates that no fiscal implication is anticipated. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
