SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 672 WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to recognize Daniel Delarosa, who is retiring March 31, 2011, from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice after nearly two decades of exemplary service to the state; and WHEREAS, Mr. Delarosa joined the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in June of 1991 as a case processing officer; over the years, he has held numerous positions of importance within the department, including parole officer, program administrator, and program supervisor; and WHEREAS, Throughout his career, Mr. Delarosa has been noted for his superior skills and expertise; talented and resourceful, he has handled his many responsibilities with impressive efficiency and dedication; and WHEREAS, An exemplary public servant, he is respected and admired by his colleagues, and his presence at the Texas Department of Criminal Justice will be greatly missed; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 82nd Legislature, hereby commend Daniel Delarosa on his exceptional service to the people of Texas as an employee of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and extend to him best wishes for continued success in all his endeavors; and, be it further RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for him as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate.
