R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Sean and Emily Carter of Wylie celebrated their 10th
wedding anniversary on April 4, 2011, and this meaningful milestone
is indeed cause for special recognition; and
WHEREAS, Introduced by friends in 1999, Mr. and Mrs. Carter
were joined in matrimony on April 4, 2001; through the years, they
have been blessed with a treasured family that includes three
children, Rebecca, Lena, and James; and
WHEREAS, Respected members of their community, Mr. Carter is
employed as a market analyst and Mrs. Carter is a pediatric nurse;
and
WHEREAS, Looking back over the past decade, Mr. and
Mrs. Carter can savor a wealth of cherished family memories and
know that the strength of their love and commitment ensures that
many more joyful times await them; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
Legislature, 1st Called Session, hereby congratulate Sean and Emily
Carter on their 10th wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere
best wishes for continued happiness; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Carter as an expression of high regard by
the Texas House of Representatives.
