SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Senate Bill No. 1 has been adopted by the senate and
the house of representatives and is being prepared for enrollment;
and
WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be
corrected; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the 82nd Legislature of the State of Texas, 1st
Called Session, That the enrolling clerk of the senate be
instructed to make the following correction:
In SECTION 79A.01 of the bill, in added Subdivision (7),
Subsection (b), Section 660.2035, Government Code, strike "Section
552.151" and substitute "Section 552.152".
