The bill would amend the Government Code and Penal Code to waive Concealed Handgun License fees for United States Attorneys and United States Assistant Attorneys. It is assumed any costs associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within current appropriations. The bill would take effect September 1, 2013.
