The bill would amend the Election Code to exempt a legislative caucus from filing a report of contributions and expenditures, if none occurred during the reporting period. The bill would amend the Election Code to exempt a legislative caucus from filing a report of contributions and expenditures, if none occurred during the reporting period.    The bill would take effect September 1, 2013.
