The bill would amend portions of the Parks and Wildlife code relating to the placement of identification and registration numbers on vessels.  Bill provisions relating to the required placement of numbers on vessels are not anticipated to have any fiscal implication to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. The bill would take effect September 1, 2013. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
