The bill would amend the Insurance Code relating to procedures for certain audits of pharmacists and pharmacies.   Based on information provided by the Texas Department of Insurance, certain revisions to external and internal checklists and updates to the prompt pay information system on the agency website may be required; however, it is assumed that all duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
