The bill would add Section 252.314 to the Transportation Code to authorize a commissioners court to accept donations of labor, money, or other property to aid in the building or maintaining of roads in the county. Under Section 252.109, a commissioners court may accept donations of labor, money, or other property to aid in building or maintaining roads in the county.
