This bill would amend the Code of Criminal Procedure to add provisions which allow the temporary sealing of certain complaints or affidavits on which arrest warrants are based.  The Office of Court Administration reported that it anticipates no significant fiscal impact associated with the bill. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
