Lewis, Chair, House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence      FROM: Ursula Parks, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB1448 by Kuempel (Relating to the use of money deposited to a justice court technology fund.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would expand the uses of the money in the justice court technology fund to include continuing education and training for constables and the purchase and maintenance of technological enahncements for constables. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
