The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the appointment of building contractors to certain trade advisory boards of the Department of Licensing and Regulation.Based on the information provided by the Department of Licensing and Regulation, this analysis assumes that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
