The bill would amend the Goverment Code relating to retirement benefits provided by the Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS).  The bill would amend the Insurance Code to modify the definition of dependents covered under the the TRS retiree and active employee insurance programs. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
