The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code to provide that outdoor advertising may be placed on or affixed to the outside of a public transportation vehicle or vehicle for hire that is operated primarily within an entertainment district as defined by the municipality. According to the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission and the Texas Department of Transportation, no fiscal impact is anticipated.
