The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code to provide that outdoor advertising may be placed on or affixed to the outside of a public transportation vehicle or vehicle for hire unless prohibited by an ordinance as defined by the provisions. According to the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission and the Texas Department of Transportation, no fiscal impact is anticipated.
