The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the eligibility requirements for plumbing licenses issued to applicants with military experience and the issuance of those licenses. Based on information provided by Board of Plumbing Examiners, this analysis assumes that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
