The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the eligibility requirements for electrician licenses issued to applicants with military experience and the issuance of those licenses.Based on information provided by Department of Licensing and Regulation, this analysis assumes that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
