The bill would amend the Property Code to provide requirements regarding the operation of certain condominium unit owners' associations which are not governmental entities. The bill would require a county clerk to file a management certificate in the real property records of the county under the specified label and organize the certificates in a manner that is easily accessible and searchable by the public.
