The bill would amend the Property Code to provide requirements regarding the operation of certain condominium unit owners' associations which are not governmental entities. The bill would require a county clerk to file a management certificate in the real property records of the county and index the document as a "Condominium Association Management Certificate." Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
