The bill would amend Chapter 102 of the Alcoholic Beverage Code relating to the sale by an alcoholic beverage wholesaler of equipment, fixtures, or supplies used in the selling or dispensing of distilled spirits. It is assumed that the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the State.  The bill would take effect on September 1, 2013.
