The  bill would allow certain students who are not enrolled as a student in a school district to enroll in the district's summer school program on the same basis as a district student, including paying any fees associated with participation. Local Government Impact School districts would be required to enroll students in their summer school course who are not otherwise enrolled in the district and could charge fees for participation.
