Based on the analysis of the Texas Education Agency, duties related to the potential increase in OFSDP applications could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources. There could be some administrative costs for changes to attendance accounting procedures to implement the OFSDP, but these costs would be voluntary and could be offset with possible savings, depending on how the program was implemented.
