The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the request for a hearing regarding a vehicle that has been towed or booted. Based on information provided by Department of Licensing and Regulation and the Office of Court Administration, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
