The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code relating to applications for certain alcoholic beverage permits and licenses. The changes in law made by this Act apply only with respect to an original or renewal alcoholic beverage permit or license application refused on or after the effective date of this Act. The bill would take effect on September 1, 2013. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
