The bill would amend the Election Code relating to territorial units which may be included in a county election precinct. The bill would allow district commissioners to submit recommendations to the Secretary of State (SOS) on changes to the territorial units after redistricting. SOS indicated that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed within the agency's existing resources. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
