Dutton, Jr., Chair, House Committee on Urban Affairs      FROM: Ursula Parks, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB2654 by Riddle (Relating to the administration of certain federal housing funds by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Government Code relating to the administration of certain federal housing funds by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA). Based on information provided by TDHCA, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
