This bill would amend the Property Code relating to a worker's lien on a vehicle, motorboat, vessel, or outboard motor. The bill would clarify costs the lienholder may require a person to pay as a condition of reclaiming the article. The bill would also clarify the related assignment of a lien to a third party.
