Based on information provided by The Texas Department of Insurance, it is assumed that implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished utilizing existing staff and resources. Based on information provided by the Teacher Retirement System, Texas A&M University System, and the UT System Administration, the bill would have no fiscal impact.
