The bill would amend Government Code provisions relating to the governance and operation of the special prosecution unit. The bill would take effect September 1, 2013.   The Special Prosecution Unit does not anticipate a fiscal impact resulting from the bill. The Office of Court Administration does not anticipate any significant fiscal impact to the court system resulting from the bill. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
