D. (Relating to sex offender treatment as a condition of parole or mandatory supervision for certain releasees.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Government Code relating to sex offender treatment as a condition of parole or mandatory supervision for certain releasees. It has been determined that the bill's provisions complement existing statutory authority and case law, would not have a significant fiscal impact to the State, and could be carried out within the Texas Department of Criminal Justice's and the Board of Pardons and Paroles' existing resources. The bill would take effect September 1, 2013. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
