The bill would amend the Transportation Code relating to reports to the legislature on certain administrative hearings regarding the automatic suspension of a person's driver's license. Based on information provided by the State Office of Administrative Hearings and the Department of Public Safety, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
