                    LEGISLATIVE BUDGET BOARD    Austin, Texas      FISCAL NOTE, 83RD LEGISLATIVE REGULAR SESSION            April 1, 2013      TO: Honorable Wayne Smith, Chair, House Committee on Licensing & Administrative Procedures      FROM: Ursula Parks, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB3307 by Geren (Relating to contract and alternating proprietorship brewing.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code relating to contract brewing and alternating proprietorship brewing. The Alcoholic Beverage Commission has determined that the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the State. The bill would take effect on September 1, 2013.
