The bill would amend Section 108.061 of the Alcoholic Beverage Code relating to certain promotional activities on the premises of a retailer of alcoholic beverages. The Alcoholic Beverage Commission has determined that the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the State. The bill would take effect on September 1, 2013.
