This bill would amend the Property Code by adding a subsection which requires the county clerk to file management certificates in the real property records of the county labeled as "Property Owners' Association Management Certificates."  No fiscal impact is anticipated. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
