The bill would amend the Government Code to require individuals filing personal financial statements with the Ethics Commission to disclose any contracts with government entities. The bill would affect financial statements filed after January 1, 2015.    The bill would take effect September 1, 2013. The bill would amend the Government Code to require individuals filing personal financial statements with the Ethics Commission to disclose any contracts with government entities.
