A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
relating to the repeal of the prohibition on the sale of motor
vehicles on consecutive Saturdays and Sundays.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Subchapter A, Chapter 728, Transportation Code,
is repealed.
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2013.
