The bill would require the Windham School District to continually assess job markets and update, augment, and expand the vocational training programs as necessary to provide relevant and marketable skills.  This analysis assumes that any additional costs could be absorbed within existing resources. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
