CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, House Bill No. 3941 has passed the Texas Senate and
the Texas House of Representatives and is now in the office of the
governor; and
WHEREAS, Further consideration of the bill by the senate and
the house of representatives is necessary; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the 83rd Legislature of the State of Texas, That
the governor be hereby requested to return House Bill No. 3941 to
the house for a technical correction; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the action of the president of the senate and
the speaker of the house of representatives in signing House Bill
No. 3941 be declared null and void and that the two presiding
officers be authorized to remove their signatures from the enrolled
bill.
