H.R. No. 2061
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Jaree Hefner of Santa Fe, Texas, has been named an
Everyday Hero by the Galveston County Daily News; and
WHEREAS, Those individuals who give freely of their time and
talents to benefit others make the world a better place through
their actions and their example, and Ms. Hefner is indeed one such
person; and
WHEREAS, Compassionate and generous, this notable Texan has
enriched many lives, and in so doing, she has earned the deep
respect and appreciation of her fellow residents; now, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas
Legislature hereby congratulate Jaree Hefner on earning the title
of Everyday Hero from the Galveston County Daily News and extend to
her sincere best wishes for the future; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Ms. Hefner as an expression of high regard by the Texas
House of Representatives.
