 R E S O L U T I O N
 WHEREAS, Noted for her courteous and friendly style of
 interacting with constituents as well as for her charm, sense of
 humor, and contagious smile, Cecile Fernandez is beloved by her
 coworkers and everyone she meets in House District 114; and
 WHEREAS, Cecile Fernandez has provided valuable public
 service to the people of the great State of Texas as district
 director and constituent services provider in the office of State
 Representative Jason Villalba during the 83rd Legislative Session;
 and
 WHEREAS, An active member of her community, Mrs. Fernandez
 has distinguished herself as an avid volunteer for disadvantaged
 women and their children; and
 WHEREAS, Talented and resourceful, Cecile has handled her
 many responsibilities as an exemplary public servant, always
 remaining dedicated to serving her community with exceptional
 efficiency and sensitivity to the needs of others; and
 WHEREAS, Mrs. Fernandez maintains a welcoming and active
 presence in the community, responding to constituent queries and
 requests for help with state agencies, communicating constituent
 concerns to the representative, and attending local meetings and
 events; and
 WHEREAS, Supported by the love and devotion of her husband,
 Lawrence, Cecile has given generously of her time, energy, and
 expertise to the greater Dallas community, and her fellow residents
 continue to benefit from the vision and leadership she provides;
 now, therefore, be it
 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas
 Legislature hereby commend Cecile Fernandez for her service as
 district director and constituent services provider in the office
 of State Representative Jason Villalba and thank her for her work in
 behalf of the citizens of Texas; and, be it further
 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
 prepared for Mrs. Fernandez as an expression of high regard by the
 Texas House of Representatives.
