R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Carl and Shirley Dvorak of Quinlan celebrated their
50th wedding anniversary on February 9, 2013, and they may indeed
reflect with joy on the rewarding relationship they have shared;
and
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Dvorak exchanged the vows of matrimony
on that memorable day in 1963, and over the course of their
marriage, they have found in each other a loving life partner; and
WHEREAS, The couple count among their blessings a fine family
that includes two children, Tara Dvorak and Terry Dvorak and his
wife, Angie, with whom they treasure sharing many special
occasions; and
WHEREAS, For half a century, Carl and Shirley Dvorak have
brought to their marriage laughter, kindness, and devotion, and it
is a pleasure to honor them for their enduring commitment; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas
Legislature hereby congratulate Carl and Shirley Dvorak on their
golden wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere best wishes
for continued happiness; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Dvorak as an expression of high regard by
the Texas House of Representatives.
