The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to examination requirements for certain applicants for a license to practice medicine.  Based on information provided by the Texas Medical Board, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
