The bill clarifies legislative intent in regards to the use of real property by the University of Houston - Sugar Land and requires the amendment of ownership and transfer documents for the property.  Provisions of the bill would be implemented within existing resources.  Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
