The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the regulation of real estate inspectors.  Based on information provided by the Real Estate Commission, the Department of Public Safety and the Comptroller of Public Accounts, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
