The bill would amend Chapter 105 of the Alcoholic Beverage Code related to hours of sale and consumption of wine at a winery between midnight and 2:00 a.m. on New Year's Day. The Alcoholic Beverage Commission has determined that the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the State. The bill would take effect on September 1, 2013. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
