The bill would require each general academic teaching institution, other than a public state college, to provide to each first-time entering undergraduate student, including each undergraduate student who transfers to the institution, certain information related to graduation, including total academic costs and average earnings. Provisions of the bill would be implemented within existing resources. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
