The bill would require that student codes of conduct specify the circumstances under which a student may be removed from a school bus. Any disciplinary placement for a student with a disability receiving special education services would be made by a admission, review, and dismissal (ARD) committee. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
