The bill would require that student codes of conduct specify the circumstances under which a student may be removed from a school bus. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated. School districts may be required to amend the student code of conduct to address behavior on a school bus. The placement of a student with disabilities receiving special education services would be determined by the student's admission, review, and dismissal (ARD) committee.
